By accessing or using Tripvey ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Tripvey, based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is accessible at tripvey.com. For any questions, contact us at contact@tripvey.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, post content, or make bookings through the Platform. Users under 18 may browse publicly available content on the Platform but may not create an account or post any content.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you also confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Tripvey reserves the right to terminate accounts where there is reasonable cause to believe the user is under 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

Tripvey will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from Tripvey requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at contact@tripvey.com. Tripvey is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You may not post, share, or transmit any of the following content, nor engage in the following conduct:

• Pornography, sexual content, or nudity
• Content that sexually exploits, endangers, or targets minors in any way
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes or glorifies violence
• Illegal content under any applicable law
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or stalking of any individual
• Spam, scams, phishing attempts, or impersonation of any person or organization
• False safety information that could endanger travelers or others
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior, including fake reviews or review bombing
• Scraping or automated data collection from the Platform without our written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination. In serious cases — including content that endangers children or constitutes criminal conduct — we may report the matter to law enforcement.

When you submit reviews, posts, trip plans, photos, or any other content ("User Content") to the Platform, you retain ownership of that content.

By submitting, you grant Tripvey a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, translate, reformat, and promote your content on the Platform and in related marketing materials. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for copies already distributed (e.g. content shared by other users).

You represent and warrant that: (a) your User Content is original or you have the right to submit it; (b) it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; and (c) it is lawful under all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

Safety scores, value scores, and beauty scores on the Platform are submitted by community members and represent individual subjective opinions. These scores may be outdated, incomplete, or biased, and may not reflect current safety conditions on the ground.

Before traveling, you must consult official government travel advisories, such as those issued by your country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the U.S. Department of State Travel Advisories, or the UK FCDO Travel Advice.

Tripvey accepts no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from travel decisions made in reliance on safety scores on this Platform.

Trip plans shared on the Platform are created by community members and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. Tripvey does not verify the accuracy, safety, or currentness of any community trip plan.

Before following any itinerary, you must independently verify all information, including but not limited to: local safety conditions, visa and entry requirements, transport availability and schedules, accommodation, and applicable local laws and regulations.

Tripvey accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from your use of or reliance on community trip plans.

Tripvey participates in the TravelPayouts affiliate program. When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission. This commission is paid by the booking provider and does not increase your cost.

Important: Tripvey acts solely as a referral service. We are not a booking agent or travel agent, and are not a party to any transaction between you and a booking provider. All bookings are made directly with the relevant provider (airline, hotel, etc.). Tripvey accepts no responsibility for booking errors, cancellations, price changes, service failures, or any other issues arising from transactions with third-party providers.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our safety scores, community ratings, or editorial content.

Tripvey owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to its logo, design, user interface, code, original content, and brand elements. You may not use, copy, or distribute these elements without our express written permission.

User Content remains owned by you, subject to the license granted in Section 5. You may not use Tripvey's brand, marks, or name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an association with or endorsement by Tripvey.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripvey's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the commission earned by Tripvey in connection with the relevant booking, or (b) USD $100.

Tripvey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or travel costs, even if Tripvey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@tripvey.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

For EU users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your EU member state.
